50% due at time of booking.

Remaining balance due 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be canceled in full if canceled less than 48 hours after booking is made.

50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier.

0% refundable if cancelled less than 1 days before arrival.

Damage Deposit

A credit card pre-authorization of $500 is due on day of arrival and released 7 days after departure.

Pet Policy

We are a pet free home for guests. Only service animals that meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act will be allowed in the house.

The Healing House

Healing House is available to bookings of 6 guests. No guests under the age of 18 are allowed unsupervised.
